Platform subscription
Billed monthly per organization. Unlimited users, unlimited cases, all features included.
Volume-based commission
A percentage of each approved bill. Higher monthly volume earns a lower rate — your exact percentage is confirmed during onboarding and locked in your agreement.

Only on approved bills
Nothing accrues on drafts, rejections, or bills still in review. The fee is tied to bills you actually approve for submission.

We set your percentage during onboarding based on your expected monthly billing volume. It stays fixed for the term of your agreement.
Billed transparently
Each approved bill is logged as an invoice line item. You can see every charge in your billing history before it settles.

How is the commission calculated?
The fee is a percentage of the approved bill total and accrues only when a bill is marked Approved. It appears as a line item on your monthly invoice alongside the platform subscription.
Why is the commission rate flexible?
Higher monthly billing volume earns a lower rate. We confirm your exact percentage during onboarding based on your expected throughput, and it is locked in your agreement — no surprise adjustments.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Onboarding, training, and data migration support are included in the subscription. You pay the $200 monthly base and the agreed commission — nothing else.
What is the contract length?
Month-to-month by default. Annual agreements are available if you want a locked rate. Either way, you can export your case and bill data at any time.
